401K Enrollment

As an employee of Shearwater Health, you are eligible for a 401(k) Retirement Account through John Hancock! If you choose to enroll, Shearwater will also contribute an employer match of 50% of your elected contributions, up to 6% of your annual salary.

A few example: if you contribute 6%, you receive 3% employer match. If you contribute 4%, you receive 2% employer match.
